MGT 623 – Leading Diverse and Innovative Teams – Week 3

Fostering Innovation in Teams – there doesn’t seem to be much more of a buzzword than innovation. Fostering creativity in teams is not easy but there is a way to do it. As a leader you will need to get the best out of your team and create an environment where all feel comfortable sharing and receiving feedback. Easier said than done. I do not think there is much science here, it does seem like art, but there are ground rules that we discussed to maximize the potential for it. Building trustworthiness in teams is something I strive to do.
