Walking

Walking is the most underappreciated activity in the known human universe. Walking is amazing. Go out for a stroll. Get some thinking done. It is good for you. It is easy on the joints. You do not need any special equipment, you do not even really need shoes. I would wear clothes though if in public.

Walking in the woods is called hiking. Hiking is awesome. Hike fast and get a cardio workout. Hike slow and contemplate. Walk in an amusement park, walk in a museum, walk in a zoo. Take a morning constitutional, feel the warm breeze and witness the sunrise. It’s amazing. I never want to stop walking. I like it more than anything else. It is a key aspect of my own health regiment. I walk when I am stressed. I walk when I need time to think. I walk when I do not want to think.
