MGT 623 – Leading Diverse and Innovative Teams – Week 5

Leading Remote and Global Teams – an interesting topic for me as I have worked on remote teams for almost five years. Although I suspect my a hybrid or onsite role is in my future, I found a lot here to take back. I also appreciated the deep dive into understanding cultures. Having worked with a few I have learned about carrying myself properly.

I will end this class with an A as well. So far I have kept my 4.0. I will also continue this Leadership stack with two more classes along this line. We were also given through Sunday to submit our work, which I appreciate, but I had everything done on Saturday morning. Four more classes, ten more weeks, and I am done.
