Conflict, Cohesion, and Decision Making – there may not be something more difficult to do than manage conflict, especially if you do not care for conflict. However, we learned that health conflict is a good thing. Consensus on the other hand, is as bad thing. It means your team is not engaged. We also learned about other ways to monitor psychological safety and ensure that team members possess it. As such, we dug deep into group-think, how to diagnose it, and how to overcome it.
