Baseball Practice, Summer League, Cub Scout Bike Night

Baseball Practice

Ben is learning how to swing a bat and play baseball. He is getting pretty good listening to his coaches. I try to play catch with him to keep him sharp on catching and throwing, but I do not know enough about swinging to make him powerful at the plate. I did not grow up playing so I do not have much knowledge. I do like watching the game though.

Summer League

I shot my first 50 in Dutchman’s Summer League. I promised myself I would learn how to shoot trap, and being a member for nine years, it seemed time that I join in on it. I shot 31 of 50, not bad for someone who rarely shoots.

Cub Scout Bike Night

We rode bikes with the Cub Scouts. We brought our tandem bike and everyone thought that was cool. Ben is still learning how to ride and is not quite comfortable yet without training wheels.
