Week 4 – Setting Prices and Designing the Optimal Distribution Channel to Access your Target Customers
We study pricing, which I find interesting. We get into pricing metrics and psychological pricing. We review break-even and cost plus pricing, which I’ve studied in Finance and Accounting previously. We review distributions channels, supply chains, push/pull strategies, the various types of power in the supply chain, service and distribution channels, customer satisfaction, and relationships.
We have reading quiz, a module assignment, and a reflection post. Our group meets and review my contribution. Everyone is comfortable with what I am putting forth and agree my logic is sound. I still have a lot of work to do on it, including adding more support from the text book and lining it up with the other’s work.
