MKT 605 – Marketing In Organizations – Week 2
Week 2 – Segmenting the Marketplace to Find and Reach your Target Customers
We learn about segmentation and targeting strategies. We develop target personas that might use the products of our employers. We review positioning and repositioning strategies. We end the week with a good understanding of STP – Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning.
I meet with my group this week and we start assigning modules that will be led by the team members. I take module 4 as it deals with pricing and financial analysis, which is my strong suit. Our team is fairly strong, I suspect we will be successful in our project and I do not expect any team members to not pull their weight in this class.
