Week 1 – Creating Marketing Strategies to Match the Behavior of Your Customers
The first week of class and it is going to be an interesting session. This is the course they warn you about in the program due to the amount of work that is due, and there is a lot of work. I find the first week is always a little wonky, you are trying to see what the cadence is going to be like and if it can fit into your work schedule. This class will have everything, including reading, a group project, multiple exams, and discussion board. The entire gamut. Oh, and there’s
Lessons this week include analyzing a company using SWOT and BCG analysis. There were three exams, and they were not difficult, just tedious. The discussion board is worth as much points as everything else due this week, and I wrote a lot there. My group is pretty cool, and I like them. Perhaps I can make a friend there. I put in about 20 hours over the weekend to get my work done, and I suspect it will be that for the rest of the semester.
