Week 4 – Business Organizations

We reviewed the classic business organizations and all of their legal benefits and drawbacks. I went as far to create my own LLC! Stablewatch Solutions LLC is now an established organization. I have toyed with this idea for quite a few years but wanted to get something official. I will say Kentucky made it very easy to get it registered. There is no business plan for Stablewatch Solutions LLC right now although I have some broad ideas. AI is changing so much right now that it is hard to commit to one thing or another. It will most likely be technology focused, and probably a B2B firm. It will most likely just be me working independently. I did order business cards and establish a website – Stablewatch.solutions, and got an email address. If anything, I learned about those first steps to getting a business going in this endeavor. I’m employed full time so I won’t be putting much more energy into it, between it and my MBA program there isn’t much time left in the week. We also submitted a paper this week, which I wrote over the weekend after reading six chapters. It was a long weekend.
