BUS 605 – Legal Environment for Business – Week 2

Week 2 – Contracts

I was looking forward to this week because contracts are something I do not like to read, mostly because I’m afraid I’ll misinterpret them. This week we reviewed contracts, how to create them, and what breaching means and the remedies for them. Beyond reading we had our first quiz and a paper due. The paper was refreshing in that we didn’t have to do formal citations, it was a type of memo you would be writing to your employer to help them navigate through a breached contract. I did enjoy this week of class and took a lot out of it.
