Weekly Blog Is Now Private

With everything going on with ransom scams, social engineering, and irresponsible web crawlers, I’ve decided to take the Weekly Blog, which showcases my personal life and events with my family, private and off the web. I am working on a password based system for my family and friends who are interested in following along given that I do not post regularly on social media. This was not an easy decision to make and after many years posting and well over 100,000 words written it feels a little sullen. However, after receiving odd specific phishing emails and smishing attempts it just seems like out of an abundance of caution that this is a necessity. I am also now back on X/Twitter, posting mostly about art and technology, and that is linked to this blog along with my Linked-In profile too. For now it seems, at least, the closed internet and social media platforms are winning.
