Snow Tubing At Perfect North

Snow Tubing At Perfect North

For a few years now I’ve wanted to snow tube at Perfect North slopes. I finally got a chance with my son Ted and we had a blast. It was a nice, sunny day and him and I had some good daddy/son time. My sister and her family were there too so we got to see them as well, which given the pandemic is the first time in a long time. My nephew, the big football player, is a big football player now LOL.

Some observations about our time there.

  • Wow, my son is growing up. What a brave little dude too. He has an adventurer’s soul. He can be timid about things but he’s certainly not afraid of them. We had a blast going down the hills together and having fun. Next he wants to try sky diving!
  • This was a great family event. Might make this an annual excursion. Everyone was having fun. I wouldn’t take too small of children though. They should at least be out of diapers.
  • Glad we got there early. The weather was gorgeous and soon the park was really, really crowded. We were done with our time on the hills and leaving when it was clear the parking lot was over capacity and a car line was reaching back to the main road. Early bird gets the worm as always.
  • The moving ramps taking you up the hill was awesome. The worst part of sled riding is walking up the hill. They take care of that for you.
  • It was a good time. I’m glad we got to spend it together.
